Ranunculus Subscriptions make great gifts for the flower lovers in your life.
Subscriptions are available in two sizes, both Subscription sizes feature 3 deliveries of locally grown Ranunculus.
Regular - 10 stems
Large - 20 stems
Possible colours: Pink, Orange, Peach, Yellow, Purple, Red, White, Burgundy,. Colours will vary week to week with what is being harvested. Subscriptions typically feature a different colour each week of deliveries. Mixed bouquets are also possible
Free contactless delivery is included for all of Windsor and Essex County.
Subscription Recipients will be contacted prior to their first delivery to confirm delivery date and time. All deliveries are contactless, orders will be placed on the front porch or in the buzzer vestibule for condo buildings. Notification of delivery is sent by text.
Ranunculus are locally grown and subscription delivery will begin early March unless otherwise affected by weather. Should any timing changes occur this will be communicated via email.
ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERABLE
Colour Pop Ranunculus Subscriptions feature Ranunculus blooms grown right here in Ontario. Locally grown blooms are fresher, longer lasting and better for the environment compared to standard imported blooms. This is because Colour Pop blooms go straight from the farm to your table, with no stops in between. Imported blooms are packed into boxes and spend the majority of their life in transit, stuck in cargo planes and trucks awaiting their lengthy final destination. By this time most imported blooms have past their peak while racking up a serious eco foot print.
Ranunculus pricing reflects the 8 months of growing time, growing expenses (heat, water, fertilizer), growing supplies (corms, soil, irrigation lines, support netting), labour for planting, maintaining and harvesting and the gas (free delivery to anywhere in Essex County) that is needed to produce and distribute Ranunculus bouquets.

Ranunculus blooms are not widely available as most growers sell them directly to floral wholesalers who in turn sell them to florists at a wholesale markup. Florists then have to add their own retail markup in order to sell to the public. This process usually results in Ranunculus bouquets being sold from anywhere between $75 -$100+( 5- 10 stems), so it isn’t feasible for most florists to sell.
This inspired me to start growing my own Ranunculus, because we the people deserve Ranunculus in our lives. By growing and selling my Ranunculus through my Subscription it allows me to offer superior blooms at a more competitive price.
Growing Ranunculus is not an easy feat. The process takes about eight months from planting to harvest to clean up and the plants require regular maintenance, care and attention throughout. They are also a cool weather crop that must be grown in a greenhouse. This means they require regular heat throughout the winter to keep them from freezing as well as routine watering, feeding and love.
